Rival Long Sleeve Paddling Jacket: AKA “The Perfect Compromise” is IR’s high performance paddling jacket made with proprietary 3-layer WhiteOut™ waterproof breathable technology bonded to a 70 denier nylon shell. The neck seal is a snug, but comfortable neoprene neck gasket, while the wrists feature latex gaskets- making this jacket our favorite piece of Comfortable Dry River Gear for 2015! The jacket also features an adjustable neoprene waistband and a fabric inner tunnel. All seams are sealed. *Note that neoprene gaskets are NOT dry gaskets- they do a pretty good job of keeping water out, but if you want a true dry top, you need to go to a jacket with latex gaskets.
