Our experience with you guys was excellent. We appreciated all of the personal touches. Your customer service was excellent. All of your staff enthusiastically took care of us. Indeed, you all made us feel at home. By comparison, your closest competition (yes the one near Nantahala Falls) cannot offer your level of flexibility. Experience with them feels like dealing with a big box chain store, very mechanical and impersonal. It always feels like their staff is just counting off working hours. If they serve one person or 100 within a shift, it doesn't matter.

Of course, having purchased kayaking gear and accessories from you guys for years, I already knew all of this which is why we booked through you. So it is important to keep in mind that there is incredible value in provided truly great customer service. Price is inconsequential, the experience and the right staffing is key.
Warmest regards,

I just want to say thank you for all the inspiration and support youoffer our young women paddlers at Sweet Briar.  The students that went on the intermediate kayaking trip came back on fire!  They were filled with stories of the river, of admiring you and Maria, and pride in their own accomplishments.  The focus on leadership was perfect for the students as well.  I heard a lot about not using the fact that they are women as any kind of excuse for extra attention on the river.   I so appreciate your design of that trip.  It made an immeasurable impact on the students.  My only regret is that I was unable to attend.

I also want you to know that the three students that went down on their own to paddle the Natahala truly felt embraced by you and Ken.  Carlie,Amanda and Sara were so excited and again inspired.  Secretly, Shannon and I watched as they departed on their own as if we were proud parents.  We have been striving to get the students to the point of paddling on their own, and now they are buying their own gear and finding a way to make connections with local paddlers on their own.  The role you played in their independence has been huge.  First, your role modeling what is possible has made a difference, your generosity to let them camp in your parking lot, the deal on gear, and Ken giving Sara that paddle...wow...I have to say your generosity has made all the difference in the world to those students and to us.  Thank you again.

I just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail to say hi. I think you all
should be returning from Ecuador sometime soon now, if you haven't already. I'm off to Ireland on Tuesday-a rather spur of the moment trip by Becky and myself inspired by the movie P. S. I Love You. It should be fun. I'm trying to work out a half day of kayaking while I'm there. I've made a few contacts over the internet, but mainly it will depend on the weather and my travel companions (my sister and sister-in-law are also going). When I was e-mailing the person that I'll probably end up boating with, I listed the rivers I've been on to give him an idea of my ability, and I must admit that, thanks to Endless River Adventures, I have quite the whitewater dossier. I impressed myself! I've always been so grateful for the instruction you all have given me and the confidence you've instilled in me, but I think that it wasn't until I
looked at that list that the full impact of how much you all have
broaden my life and experiences hit me. Thank you for that. Thank you
for being more than a company; thank you for being family.
