Our Return Policy

In order to ensure you receive the highest quality outdoor products in the best condition possible, we will only accept non-warranty returns of merchandise in a new unused condition. Please return the purchased items to Endless River Adventures either by visiting our shop or shipping purchases back to ERA; at which time we are happy to issue you a refund, make an exchange, or issue store credit. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order of your intention to return or exchange items.

Exchanges: Exchanges on any items will require additional shipping charges. Prices will vary according to items.

Refunds: Customers will be refunded the original sale price minus the original shipping charges. In the event you receive damaged or defective items, we will issue a full refund including shipping charges.

Warranty Issues: ERA will always work with you on warranty issues.
