Whitewater Kayak Workshops
The exception to our private instruction program is a set of workshops for the beginning paddlers and custom workshops for special groups.
School Groups, Scouting Adventure Programs,
Clubs, Leadership Training, River Rescue
If you have custom group needs, contact us to arrange custom dates and itineraries/workshops that will work for you. Custom programs are available year-round.

The Kayakers Conditioning Workshop: Dates coming soon!
If you ever watched a fellow boater paddle down the river and think, “I want to paddle like that” now is your time to make that happen! A four-day workshop with our own Matt Jennings that will help you become become a technical, strong, flexible, smart and fluid boater.
This four-day, three night workshop will not only help you improve with on-river skills, but add what it takes off the river to become a confident boater—regardless of whether you paddle every weekend, or ten days a year.
The class will include:
- work outs out of the water; 4. Preventive work pertinent to paddling injuries.
- Workouts in the boat to improve technique, balance and precision
- Paddling Techniques
Three night’s accommodations, four days of instruction that will start each morning with a breakfast seminar and go through 5PM; breakfast, lunch, equipment needed, lunch, transportation and personal coaching with Matt Jennings.
Price for the Workshop: $765.00

1-Day Roll Workshop
The day is spent specifically learning to do a whitewater roll. And no one teaches rolling better than we do! Regardless of the roll you do/would like to learn we will help you reinforce the fundamentals and work towards a winner roll!
Requirements: Class II boating skills.

Just for Kids Weekend
While our one-on-one hands-on technique is a sure-fire way to bring your kids up into kayaking, we do also understand that kids just need to be kids--and hang out with others their size/age inorder to embrace kayaking as their own.
