A note about the weather: We are located in a temperate rain forest. There is always a chance that any day it will rain somewhere in western North Carolina, for some amount of time, at some point in the day...and it might never be where you are. Please do not fixate on the weather forecast. You will miss out if you do. With that said, our raft trips, fly fishing and kayak instruction courses do go rain or shine!
Cancellation and Payment Policy:
We understand that changes in plans come up and we want to make it easy for you to make an advance reservation. Following are our cancellation policies:
Nantahala Rafting: Cancellations receive a 100% refund up to 7 days before the trip. Within 7 days of the trip, there is no refund for a cancellation
Ocoee Rafting/Kayak Instruction/Fly Fishing: Cancellations receive a 100% refund up to 14 days before the trip. Within 14 days of the trip, there is no refund for a cancellation.
Payment Policy: We ask that all reservations are paid in advance. Full payment is due at the time of booking your reservation, and/or 14 days before the trip. Payment may be made by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Payment made be made by check.
