The Land Trust for the Little Tennessee

Nestled within some of the oldest mountains on earth, the upper Little Tennessee River basin, and their surrounding mountain ranges, possesses a unique - yet threatened - natual and cultural heritage.

Endless River Adventures is proud to support the Land Trust for the Little Tennessee. The LTLT is dedicated to conserving the waters, forests, farms, and heritage of the Upper Little Tennessee and Hiwassee River Valleys. We work in partnership with private landowners, public agencies, and others to conserve land, insuring that the natural beauty, ecological integrity, and rural character of our region are preserved for generations to come.

The Nanthala River Conservation Fund

The Nantahala River Conservation Fund (NRCF) was established in 1994 as a non-profit organization to provide funding for projects that protect, preserve and enhance the lands and waters of the Nantahala River Basin. Funding can also be provided for community projects and organizations in the area. One of the community based projects that the Fund is used for is to award scholarships to Macon and Swain County rising college freshmen.

Endless River Adventures is proud to be one of three outfitters supporting the Nantahala River Conservation Fund through a per guest donation fee. We have also encouraged donation through special event donations and in-kind donations from our river friends.

Custom T-Shirt donated by Wave Sport,sales proceeds going to the fund.

Supporting American Whitewater

American Whitewater restores rivers dewatered by hydropower dams, eliminates water degradation, improves public land management and protects public access to rivers for responsible recreational use.

Endless River Adventures supports AW through membership, advertising dollars in the AW Journal and support of the AW Gauley Festival.
