Please share this email with Jessica and the rest of the Endless River Adventures staff. My boat came into the airport yesterday and I was able to pick it up today! I absolutely love it and really appreciate the note and t-shirt. Don't worry about the mix up, the most important thing for me was that I was able to try out the boat model I wanted and I was able to travel to the North Carolina mountains, one of my favorite places on Earth! Thank you all so much for everything and all of your help. I love my new boat and can't wait to get out on the rivers!

I want to thank you and Max for your help with Olivia and getting her set up in the Fuse 35. Max did an awesome job outfitting the Fuse and it fit Olivia like a glove. Also you talking with her when she was sitting in it on the porch made her feel great and completely at ease with trying a new boat. She was completely comfortable in the Fun 1 but she and I both knew she had outgrown it. Once I saw her in the Fuse on the water you could tell she had indeed outgrown the fun - she looked perfect in the Fuse. Once on the City Tuck she attained up river like a champ and I do not think the Fun 1 would have done that.
As I made my way up beside her she said she loved the boat and she did not need to try any others! I was concerned the transition to a slightly wider boat might set her roll back but that was not the case. When we finished she practiced her some bow rescues and then tried her roll and NAILED it. She was so happy and again stated this was the boat for her and wondered wished the Tuck Gorge was running so she could run it down that.
We grabbed some lunch and then bought her the boat. Again your group does a great job and especially working with kids. You have a way of making them feel important. Thank you very much.

After many demos, my neighbor and friend Tom Egan bought a boat from you on Saturday. He was extremely impressed with everyone that he had contact with from Endless Rivers. I was very glad to introduce another friend to Endless Rivers that found the same experience that I found from day 1.

As much money as I spend on kayak related gear it is nice that when I walk into ERA I get a "Hi Mary. How was your day in the river?" and all their raft guides say hi on the river. If something is not right with kayak gear: fitting, adjustments, whatever etc a stop into Era gets it fixed.

I want to give everyone looking for an outfitter to rent gear from or purchase gear from some advise;don't pass by Endless River Adventures! I had passed many times over the years because they are "way up there on that hill". Last July I was shopping for yet another used kayak, and followed my normal routine. I drove from Cartersville, Georgia to the Ocoee river to check the outfitter's store there and then to that big 'ol place down at the end of the Nantahala River to see what was available in the way of used/demo boats to purchase. I decided to drive back to Tennessee to buy a used boat, and as I drove by Ken's Endless River Adventures sign with the red kayak attached I decided to drive up the hill for my first time to see what was available. To my surprise Ken made my dream of buying a new kayak possible, for a little less than I was going to pay for a used boat. You see, that is what happens when the owner of the strore works right behind the counter, and knows the business inside out. At Endless river Adventures you can deal directly with the owner which I was not able to do at either place I stopped at earlier, and that was the magic ingredient. As well, in August of this year, we were shown the same professionalism when my family needed to rent and self guide a raft down the river. Excellent customer service from the staff, the best of equipment, even the shuttle van was top notch. See for yourself! Don't pass these guys by!

I love that FUSE. Everyone demoed it at the rest stop. I paddled for 5.5 hours, about 10 miles on the Toccoa and was comfortable the whole time. I have never done eddies and ferries as well as I did on Sunday. I even surfed a lot which I never do…. the boat felt very stable and not shaky. I didn't even flip at Party Rock and half the kayakers did. Curling waves don't give me problems since

The boat came fast, the following Monday! Now that I've had it out a few times I'm really loving it. A little less footroom and a bit more volume than my old EZG 50. Harder to sink the stern, just like your guy (Steve?) said, and it surfs and ferries a little quicker too I think. I wasn't sure at first but now I like it better than my old boat. Thanks so much for the quick shipping and the nice price. It feels good to have gotten the boat I wanted, and gotten it quickly. You guys rock!
