To Make White water Rafting Reservations:
We can help you choose the river and type of trip that is best for you. Please feel free to call with any questions you may have regarding your trip and then to book the time and date of your reservation.
- We offer rafting from early March through the end of October, seven days a week.
- While we do recommend advance reservations, we also welcome walk-ins.
- Group rates and custom day itineraries are available. For corporate and special groups interested in multi-task itineraries, we have a number of options.
- If you are the planner for a large group, please feel free to ask us for assistance with the logistics of your trip planning.

Payment Policy:
Reservations are recommended to insure trip time and availability. We request that reservations are paid in full. Please be prepared to pay by company or personal check, Visa, MC, Discover or American Express. All groups of 15 or more will receive a group rate! In order to receive group rates, reservations must be paid in full two weeks in advance.![]()
Cancellation Policy:
Our trips go rain or shine. And there is no better activity to do on a rainy day than whitewater rafting.So come prepared to get splashed! And we provide complimentary wet suits and paddle jackets to keep you comfortable and enjoing your trip from start to finish!
Nantahala Trips: Cancellations made more than 8 days before the trip will receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 8 days of the trip there is no refund. There is a minimum weight limit for children of 60 pounds or Seven (7) years old, which is strictly enforced by the U.S. Forest Service.
Ocoee Rafting Trips: Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 14 days of the trip there is no refund of money. There is a minimum age restriction of 12 years old, which is strictly enforced.
Cheoah Rafting Trips: Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 14 days of the trip there is no refund of money. There is a minimum age restriction of 16 years old, which is strictly enforced and previous Class IV whitewater experience is necessary.
Liability:
We will make every effort to provide you with an enjoyable trip. However, whitewater includes inherent elements of risk. Each trip participant must sign a waiver before the trip. The waiver will detail out many of the potential risks involved in whitewater rafting. A thorough trip talk will be given by one of our river staff. The trip talk is meant to review procedures, technique and river features unique to the river you will be rafting on. We encourage you to discuss any personal issues or reservations about your trip with us in advance.
The use of drugs and alcohol are prohibited on the river. Any individual under the influence before the trip or on the water will be removed from the trip.
