Nothing like turtle egg shots at the end of an awesome day on the river!

Okayfirst clarification-the turtle eggs are not from endangered turtles trying to make it to shore on a lonely reef on the coast they are farmed turtle eggs (kind of like farmed chicken eggs you drop into the blender with a protein drink). Turtle Egg Shots and the Upper Pacuare
Second clarification; not all of us did turtle egg shots. Only those who either a) were curious and fired up to try something new; b) needing a little love potion or c) happy to do what the rest of the group did. That ruled out at least a couple of us who were happy drinking an Imperial and calling it a good day.
And turtle egg shots was all day-end stuff. Day-end at the end of a good day on the Upper Upper Pacuare. With a medium-high water level we rocked as far as paddling went today. Blue skies, great water, rapids padded out and opening up good lines and good play spots .today was paddling in Costa Rica at its best.
