Update on our friends in Costa Rica

Miguel and Fabian

For all those who have had the pleasure of sharing time with Miguel and his family in Costa Rica, rest well

knowing they are safe; albeit shaken up after the earthquake that hit Costa Rica on Thursday afternoon.  Neither Miguel nor Fabian was near the Poas area (which is unusual this time of year because it is high season and they are on the road almost every day).  We spoke with Miguel the evening of, and received an email the following day reassuring us that they were all safe. Miguel suggested teletica.com for news on the event.

Our thoughts will be with all in Costa Rica as they recover from this diseaster.

    Thanks for the update and the link to the info on Costa Rica. It was a relief to learn that Miguel, Fabian and family were all okay.
